RetSoft Archive Home Version is a digital archive solution. This is an archive that will take care of digital documents as well as legacy documents that have been scanned in. It would take care of email, PDF, Office documents, etc. This version will let you create one archive and many different folders in it. The Home Office Version allows you to make one archive and create different folders in it, with a maximum of 2,500 documents. You are able to search complete contents. The scanned documents are converted to searchable one through OCR technology. There are Pro and Expert versions of the product available as your need grows. For example, the Pro version will let you create multiple archives of up to 200, 000 documents. The Expert version lets you create an SQL database that can accommodate millions of documents.

Documents can be viewed over multiple stations in the network. With cloud storage of documents, they can be shared across mobile devices too. Access to documents could be controlled. The interface is fairly intuitive. Users should not run into any difficulties trying to use the tool. All the documents are indexed and thus finding one is quick. When you do a search, the results are listed. The list is an ordered list that shows the most relevant document on top. You could get any document printed or emailed to person(s) person(s as needed. This is a very good tool.

Fast and efficient
With the professional OCR technology (text recognition) all documents are indexed on the entire contents of the document. As a result all stored documents are full text retrievable. There will be searched in both scanned as in digital documents. All found documents are shown in one result list, with the most relevant at the top. Documents can be printed or emailed at the touch of a button.
Office and Outlook integration
With one mouse click Office documents can be transferred to RetSoft Archive. Relevant emails and attachments can be also be directly stored in RetSoft Archive from all common email clients.
